Image camera payloads
The Equator Pro #MAP offers a range of image camera payloads varying from small and light-weight GoPro style cameras, Multispectral sensors to professional high resolution mapping cameras.

Video camera payloads
The DeltaQuad Pro #VIEW and #INSPECT offer a variety of video camera payloads, either for live transmission or high resolution recording. Several of these cameras offer both regular (RGB) video and thermal (IR) video.
Vehicles that do not come with a live transmission video camera and are equipped with our 4G VPN telemetry system come with a nose camera that streams video over the 4G/LTE mobile network.
On most other DeltaQuad models it is possible to install a nose camera system for live video transmission or recording. Please feel free to contact us regarding the possibilities of integration a custom video camera.
Transmission systems
Several long range transmission systems are available for your DeltaQuad VTOL UAV. The choices offered by the vehicle configurator on each model will present you with tested and compatible options depending on your type and payload.
The following transmission systems are available;
- RFD900x or RFD868x 1 Watt command & control data link
- With portable omnidirectional ground antenna for up to 10KM range
- With tripod mounted directional panel antenna for up to 20KM range
- 1.3Ghz 1.5 Watt video transmission system
- With portable omnidirectional ground antenna for up to 10KM range
- With tripod mounted directional panel antenna for up to 20KM range
- 2.4Ghz 1.5 Watt COFDM video & telemetry data link
- With tripod mounted omnidirectional antenna for up to 30KM range
- 3G/4G VPN secured mobile internet video and/or telemetry data link
- Using the 3G mobile network for unlimited range telemetry data link
- Using the 4G/LTE mobile network for unlimited range video link
Extended endurance battery payload
The endurance of the DeltaQuad Pro #CARGO and DeltaQuad Pro #VIEW Surveillance Package 1 can be extended up to 150KM autonomy and up to 2 hour 45 minutes flight time using the Auxiliary Battery Kit. This kit provides a mount for an additional 4S 10Ah battery pack and the cables required to attach the additional battery in the payload bay.
When installing the Auxiliary Battery Kit and adding a compatible battery, the DeltaQuad UAV has approximately 200 grams of additional payload capacity.
Payload drop mechanism
The DeltaQuad Pro #CARGO and DeltaQuad Pro #VIEW Surveillance Package 1 can be equipped with a payload drop mechanism. This mechanism allows dropping payloads, with parachute if required, on a target that was planned in the mission, or instructed from the ground control station.
The payload is suspended underneath the vehicle and supports payloads up to 1KG. Payload containers should be shaped aerodynamically as not to interfere with the performance of the vehicle. Simple payload shapes such as bottles comply with this and are generally used as containers for payload delivery. Specialized payload containers can be custom designed at your request.
Custom software and payload options
The DeltaQuad UAVs are built with customization in mind. Either by systems integrators, the end user or through our professional integration services. Both the hardware and software aspect of the DeltaQuad are open and expandable and often very easy to customize.
